I was born and raised in the Fraser Valley of Beautiful British Columbia. I spent some time most every Christmas and summer at my grandmother, Violet's farm. Grandma always had something in the oven when we arrived...I can still feel the love in her cookies.
She made most everything from scratch and it was like magic to watch. I've kept her close, by cooking our 3 squares a day from our kitchen and loving every minute of it.
Seriously, I love making the shopping list, shopping for the goods & reading the labels, packing up the purchasing and even putting them away. I know, right! Sounds so fun...for me it is fun!
I'm happy to say that I've started this blog to share my passion with you and hopefully, it's contagious.
